BMW( China) Finished Vehicles Logistics department is looking for a new intern working as a team assitant.

Working Location: Gateway Plaza (No. 18 Xia Guang Li, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100027, PR
China)
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities ：
1. Combine the VDC & Hub operation data report on daily basis;
2. Share drive information update on monthly basis for summary of the payment to service
provider and the handling volume of VDCs & Hubs;
3. Check the delivery time and signature of the transfer orders;
4. Receive various documents from colleagues not located at BJ for payment voucher
processing, purchasing document processing and travel claim document processing and
chops if necessary.
5. Update on weekly basis the tropical storm status.
6. Office administration (claims, signature or chops process, book conference room and etc.)
7. Complete the tasks arranged by department accordingly.
Qualification ：
1. Reliable, cooperative, and willing to support team work.
2. Who can work 4-5 days a week, 6 months, MUST be student.
3. Fluent in English, German is a plus.
4. Solid proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Must be enrolled in university for the whole duration of the internship. University needs to
offer permission for students to do internships.
6. Driving license is preferred
