在英国办理德国留学签证全攻略 | 附材料要求

在英国留学，参加学校项目，可以到德国交换一学期。网上很少有在英国办理德国留学签证的经验贴，自己趴了很久51deguo论坛。现在拿到签证，也来分享自己的德国签证办理经验。

首先，德国在德国的领事馆在英国的三个城市有签证中心，分别位于伦敦、曼彻斯特和爱丁堡。

伦敦德国签证处信息

伦敦的德国签证由Visametric公司代理，签证中心在北伦敦。

领取护照开放时间：周一至周五9:00至17:15

曼彻斯特德国签证处信息

曼彻斯特的德国签证处也是由Visametric公司代理。

爱丁堡签证处信息

德国签证费用

在伦敦和曼城通过VisaMetric申请德国签证，大家除了需要支付签证费用（德国大使馆拿），还需要支付一个服务费（给Visa Metric的）。值得注意的是，交了签证费不代表你的签证就肯定可以通过，如果你的签证被拒了，这两个费用是不会被退回来的，也不可以转给别人。你可以使用银行卡或现金支付这两个费用。

在线预约签证

申请德国签证一定要提前在线预约，如果没有预约的话，签证处不会受理你的申请，网上预约时间会受旅游高峰期影响，等待时间在1-10天之间，也就是说你有可能当天在线注册后预约不上，因为没有空挡，如果这种情况发生，你需要耐心一点每日在线查询新出来的预约时间。
  
申请德国签证的流程

1. 准备好申请材料，在线填写申请表（注意：德国签证处不接受手写版的申请表）和Additional Information Sheet，页面可以选择中文或者英文（右上角下拉菜单），但是信息需要全部以英文填写。填写完成后，点击页面上方的打印申请表，并在签证当天带到签证中心。其中第4、5和6页上需要签名。
2. 在线网上预约签证，预约好时间之后，马上会出一个预约单，请保存好并打印，签证当天带到签证中心。
3. 准备好所有签证材料，带着打印好的申请表和预约单前往签证处递交材料。
4. 材料审核后会通知你去签证处取回护照，或者邮寄到你指定的地址。

德国留学签证材料要求

德国使馆要求留学签证至少提前2个月，但不能早于3个月申请。
在英国申请德国留学签证材料要求：
- valid passport and 2 passport photos
- Graduation certificate/degree to enable university admission in Germany
- Documents showing what you have been doing in the UK (degree certificates, university/employment confirmation)
- University degree and/or other certificates if applicable
- Motivational letter (why do you wish to study in Germany?)
- Proof of financial means equivalent of €853 in GBP pm, e.g.
- Formal Sponsor Letter (Verpflichtungserklärung) by a sponsor in Germany or abroad. This may be obtained from the local authority in Germany (Ausländerbehörde). If you live in the UK you can only file a formal obligation (Verpflichtungserklärung) with the German Embassy London, if you have assets or income in Germany.
- Applicants can also open a Fixed-Deposit-Account (blocked bank account “Sperrkonto”) in Germany. You can provide evidence that you are able to meet your living costs by opening a blocked bank account. You have free choice of provider. - In exceptional cases of guaranteed solvency a declaration of sponsorship (Unterhaltserklärung) can be signed at the Embassy. In this case please get in touch with our Consular Services for further information.
